The Role:

• As a Support Representative at QServers Network Limited, you will receive inbound calls from potential and current customers seeking to purchase website hosting, web design, search engine optimization, and other services.

• Primarily, you will be attending to web hosting related issues from customers and also helping them manage their account information.

• You will work directly with customers via telephone and email to troubleshoot products and/or services in order to facilitate the purchase of new products or services.

• When customers contact you with their issues, you are to utilize support skills and provide appropriate solutions to the best of your ability.

• You will have the support of your peers, supervisors, resource pages, and more to aid you in the process.

• Your goal is to ensure that the customer has a positive experience with their product/service.


Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate, not more than 30 years
• Must have completed NYSC
