Hi, I'm a medical doctor who has spent a great deal of time researching fundamental, lifestyle based solutions to the worst and most common diseases in our country. Everyday I find and tryout scientifically proven new strategies for combating illhealth that has nothing to do with taking drugs. I would like to start sharing my work with nigerians and others by having a monthly magazine published. These are remedies that anyone can implement in their own kitchen for diseases like Hypertension, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, Immune deficiency states, autoimmune diseases, malaria, fungal infections etc. A big part of my work also identifies the causes of or contributors to these illnesses as identified by scientific research and how everyday people can avoid them and stay healthy.
