Usoro Akpanusoh applauds Gov. Udom Emmanuel Gabriel on Ibom Airlines.

Governor Udom Emmanuel’s effort at making Akwa Ibom an Investment hub has continued to receive commendations from within and outside the state.


This latest of these encomiums is that of The Chairman, Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly Committee on Appropriations/ Finance, and Member Representing Esit Eket/ Ibeno State Constituency, Rt. Hon. Usoro Akpanusoh.

Mr AkpanUso who spoke during the budget defense by MDA's today, Tuesday 18th December, 2018 applauded the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Deacon Udom Emmanuel Gabriel for establishing the Ibom Airline is expected to run from this week.


" This is the first time a State government is establishing an airline . I must confess that Deacon Udom Emmanuel is extraordinary passionate for his state and the people. This is a step taken in the right direction". He said.

Also speaking on the successes of Governor Emmanuel administration, the Commissioner for Special Duties and Aviation, Hon. Akan Okon, who was at the House of during the Ministry's budget defense to the Committee on Appropriations made disclosure on the new Ibom Airline.

He said that the Governor had perfected all arrangement towards a smooth running of the Airline.

" The Akwa Ibom State Government under the leadership of Deacon Udom Emmanuel Gabriel has been able to acquire three (3) aircrafts of which two will be coming into the State before the week runs out, while the remaining one will be coming in by the end of February". The Commissioner said.

With this feat in the aviation industry and investment, Akwa Ibom would no doubt be visibly seen on the world map
