The Vice-President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, and several ministers, special advisers, and assistants to President Muhammadu Buhari have arrived at the National Assembly ahead of the presentation of the 2019 Appropriation Bill.

Osinbajo entered the building at about 11:50am, while the President is expected to arrive at 12noon.

This is the worst budget presentation by any President of this country past or present.

Even the NASS members were booing the President when he was reeling his"achievements" and countered him when he made some statements which one of the lawmakers aptly said it was a lie.
