Property Damage. Please Advise by brodalokie: 9:08pm On Dec 20, 2018
Fellow naira landers, I am a citizen of the but currently living a solo lifestyle Turkey. I have have really had a though time in the last 7 years which has resulted to post traumatic stress disorder. I have acquired many properties during my lifetime but due to circumstances beyond my control, I have sold almost everything off living only one that has been my source of income. It is an event center that I usually rent out to people who are willing to pay, then I use the money to pay my workers and then maintain the merchandise.

Since I no longer live in the country, I have given it to the management team's care. They usually settle the bills from the money made and transfer the balance to my account. Today the information has reached me that my property has been maimed and leveled to the ground in the middle of a very big wedding. People who attended the wedding broke the chairs, cut off the the wires, broke bottles all over. I am not sure how much damage they've done yet but email I received today is telling me that the man who rented the house for the night party is not willing to pay for damages, in fact he is proposing to buy off the property as the only way he would spend money.

I am not planning to sell myself to this rich man. How can I get him to pay me for the property damages so that I can use the money for maintenance? Please advise
