There has been rumour/news about Nigeria president M.BUHARI'S death in all nooks & cranny-world wide without proof of his dead body. I am not a politician nor PDP/APC.
The question is that was it BUHARI or JUBRIL that presented the budget ?
If not BUHARI why the senate assent the budget ?
COULD THE RUMOUR BE TRUE !

The big question is who presented the 2019 budget....wouldn't senate and journalist recognised the being ?
