Former English professional footballer, Gary Lineker, has hailed Crystal Palace star, Andros Townsend for his goal against Manchester City on Saturday. Manchester City suffered a shock 2-3 defeat to Palace on Saturday, their second in the season. Lineker believes that Townsend’s “unbelievable” volley literally destroyed Man City. The Premier League champions took an early lead through Ilkay Gundogan but Palace hit back . Palace first goal came through Jeffrey Schlupp after 32 minutes and, then, three minutes later, Townsend stunned the home fans.
