The chat message by the Uchamba guy did not say the $1000 was a UN fee; except you have another info which we dont, the chay screenshot posted by the Op did not say UN fee. The money was clearly stated to be his fee for his service to assist prospective attendees arrange an invitation letter, and also help in visa processing. This is not unusual and its what visa/travel agents around world do. Prove that I'm wrong by kindly pointing out where Mr Uchemba claimed the fee was UN fee?
