A young man identified as Kamsy aged 19 is presently cooling in police cell in Abia state after stabbing to death his neighbor’s daughter on the 24th December in Abia State.

Story has it that, he took her for a stroll around their neighborhood before carrying out this gruesome act by stabbing the child twice in the stomach.


When he was nabbed, it was discover that he was heigh on codeine and a bottle of codeine was found in his pocket.
