1. Job Title: Waiter / Waitress/ Kitchen Assistant


Responsibilities

Take orders from guests for food or drinks.
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Serve food and/or drinks to the guests;
prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.

Qualifications/Experience:
minimum of SSCE/OND
possess relevant experience in related field

2. Job Title: Accountant

Job Description

Daily sales reports & supports receipts, checking all control aspects and entering into accounting system & daily MIS format including coordinating with restaurant on documentation and banking assistance.

Restaurant petty cash expense receipt, checking and organizing reimbursement.

Ensure that all government levies are duly paid for.

Payment voucher and cheque preparation for all inventory suppliers, co-ordination with purchase on documentation etc.
Monthly payroll working preparation from collecting all staff records till working sheet, disbursement & pay slip distribution.
Maintenance of asset register & updating.
Prepare financial status reports and studies as needed; provide management with historical information, accurate financial reports as requested.


Skills
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.

Qualification
A Good First Degree
A Possession of Post Graduate degree, ICAN, ACCA or s an added advantage
• At least a Two-year experience
