No, this isn't a thread about LASG submitting the budget proposal to LAHA

It's 29th of December already, and while other states have submitted theirs to their state house of assembly and even some had got theirs signed into law, nothing much has been said about that of Lagos, the economic capital and the most prosperous state in Nigeria.

And people are virtually saying nothing, even major media houses.

The 2018 budget was presented on December 11, 2017.
The 2017 budget was presented on November 29, 2016.

When will the 2019 budget be presented, knowing fully well we are entering election year and all LAHA members would concentrate their efforts in seeking re-election. We are looking at a situation Lagos won't have a budget passed till February/March 2019. Isn't that a bad precedence for a state other states look up to?

Can it be submitted today or before the end of 2018?
