Ediot, how hard is it to sell licenses to foreign companies to set up phone networks? Where are the roads and the power plants. Even the networks had to rely on generators for some of their operations.
Where are the railroads, where are the hospitals? They sold and resold Ajaokuta until nobody knows exactly who owns the plant.

Go and check out what is going on in the railway sector, power plants are being built, roads are being rehabilitated. The mambila power plant is enmeshed in crisis left by PDP shoddy contracts like that of Ajaokuta.
