However, if the cost of hiring one of these lean on the high side for you; Simply find yourself a true friend, or relative that you could be accountable to during the course of the year pertaining to all the task you set for yourself.

Most importantly make sure this person isn’t someone who sucks up to you. But is someone who will dish out your undiluted truth to you as of, and when it’s necessary.
