If you’ve been doing only the things you are comfortable with, and the change you desire has failed to materialise like that which APC has been offering, then it’s a no brainier that something really has to be done aggressively to effect and bring about that change, and you are the the only variable in making that happen.
.
Here’s a trick, write down all the things you feel uncomfortable with, or have felt uncomfortable with doing this year, especially those that you know are, were, or remain important to you....and then try and start doing a couple of them. and don’t give up on doing it till you know you’ve got comfortable with doing them. (Practice makes Perfect).
.
Many times we focus on our strengths more than our weakness. Without realising that if we focus and work more on our weaknesses and on things we feel uncomfortable doing, we become more brave and stronger in those areas, literally turning those weaknesses into strengths.
