A taxi driver reportedly arrived the pick up location of a customer, but was seen tying a towel. The move prompted the customer to decline further service, out of uncertainty as to the cab man’s intentions or mental state. Taxify’s management have replied via twitter, condeming the driver’s irrational behaviour.
