Youths For Christ Foundation, a charitable organization in Lagos State, yesterday holds her first ever youth summit themed "Reshaping and Empowering vol. 1" at the Back Hall of Trinity Hospital, Adeshina Street, Olowu Bus Stop, Ikeja, Lagos.

The event which kicked off with the sensitization of youths on drug abuse and its adverse effects on Friday, December 28th 2018, with a road walk around the streets of Ikeja, saw a whole number of youths joining on the walk and carefully paying attention to the message been passed.

Today, marking the end of this year summit, witnessed youths from various works of life gracing the occasion. The chief organizer, Mrs Iniobong Phil-Ashiri during her keynote speech, thanked everyone for honouring their invitation, not forgetting their sister organization and partner, the Voice of Divine Truth Int'l Outreach who have been supportive since inception, she went further to promise, that this year's summit won't be the last but the beginning of more to come.

Parts of the agenda for the event were career talks and training by various guest speakers for youths present on financial freedom, disadvantages of drug abuse and measures to put it to an end, how to choose a better career before and after schooling, free clothes and shoes distribution to youths and parents that graced the event.
