JOB DETAILS
Main Purpose:
Accountant’s responsibilities include
Main Responsibilities
• Full bookkeeping including all month and year end journal entries.
• Preparation of balance sheet and profit and loss account.
• Compilation and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial
statements.
• Maintain all accounts of time, billings and payments.
• Collection of accounts receivable when necessary.
• Prepare all monthly client invoicing and vendor payments for management approval.
• Keeping records and tracking of all company assets purchased and in use.
• And any other task assigned by the Management
Location: Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3 year(s)
MIN QUALIFICATION:
Diploma/OND/NCE
DESIRED COURSES:
• Accounting • Marketing
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven accounting experience, preferably in a production environment.
• ND/HND in Accounting,Marketing or closely related field is preferred.
• Adequate knowledge ofAccounting principles (Book keeping, preparation of balance sheet and profit and loss account, and so on).
• Skillful experience in Accounting principles.
• Computer literacy, very skillful in Microsoft excel.
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
• Competent in problem solving, team building and planning.
• Regular experience of compiling and presenting financial reports.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience significantly related to a factory / production environment.
