A word of advice from a school headmaster to his students as follows.

HEADMASTER;
by this time next year all of you will be

Finishing your A level. In 3years time

You will be studying across the world,

Studying in the university of your.choice. in 5years

time you will start your career.many of you will be in

room working for top institutions across the globe.

you will then buy house, get married. In 10years time

your life will be set for you. In 15years you will be thirty

(30) and from there your life will be set.

[WHISPERING AMONG THE STUDENT] then a student spoke out to nullify some of the things the headmaster said.

STUDENT;

I'm sorry Mr headmaster let me tell you why that

approach may fail you. I know of people who graduated

at 21yr and didn't get a job till they were 27yr, and

people who graduated at 25yr and found work

immediately. I know of people who never went to the

university but found what they love at 18yr. I know of

people who found a job straight out of college making

piece of money but hate what they do. I know of

people who took gap years and found their purpose.

I know of people who were so sure of what they were

going to do at 16yr but change their minds at 26yr.

I know of people who have children but are single

and I know of people who are married but had to wait 8 to 10yrs for to have children.

I know of people in relationship who love someone else.

I know of people who love each other but aren't together.

So my point is everything in life happens according to our time,our clock.

You may look at some of your friends and think that they are ahead of you or maybe some of them you feel are behind,

but everything happens at our own pace.

They have their own time and clock and so do you.

Be patient.

Maddie freeman got his big break at 52.

Steven carell only got his break after 40yr.

Getting your degree after 26 is still an achievement,

not been married at 30yr and still happy is beautiful.

Starting a family after 35yr is still possible and buying a house after 40yr is still great.

Don't let let anyone rush you with their timelines

because einsteinzan said "not everything that count can be counted, and not everything that's counted truly counts"

now this is the most important thing,

I want you to be able create a meaningful, purposeful, fulfilling lives for yourselves and learn how to use that to make an impact and a difference in the lives of others.

That will be true success.
