Nigerian man with no passport and clutching through another passenger expired boarding pass made it through a newyork airport security check point and boarded a virgin Atlantic
Jet liner to Los Angeles international airport the incident raises questions about the effectiveness of the airport security after the 9/11 terrorist attack.
The question was how he got past the screeners without right documents and then boarded a plane unnoticed until midflight the crew says they sported him as an extra person on board he presented his pass and ID which didn't match he was questioned by the FBI in LA but was released and judged as a security threat,
he then tried the stunt again after spending a few days in Los Angeles at a Delta ticket counter, he was arrested and his bags was searched and more expired ticket from other passengers were found.
Errol southers-formally in law enforcement and counter tourism says this may prompt a shift in security procedures.In a written statement the transportation administration passed through screeening but added 'this passenger was subject to the same physical screening at the checkpoint as other passengers',but the reassurance is cold comfort for some travellers.
