Person Specification:
Ability to create and sustain a risk environment
Enterprise risk management competencies
Must be technology savvy
Good knowledge of digital and e-business and inherent risks
Preference for risk prevention over detection focused system
Strong leadership skill
Team Management skill
Good understanding of industry products and corresponding risks
Should be proactive
Summary of Job Description:

Develop and implement Enterprise Risk Management policies, procedures and policy framework
Provide Management and Board with regular assessment and opinion on effectiveness of Bank’s risk management control systems
Put in place a system to ensure Bank’s operational risks are identified, analysed and properly assessed
Ensure compliance with all regulators’ requirements and other applicable laws
Conduct policy audit, ensure compliance to standards, including liaison with Internal & External Auditors
