Regal Frank International Ltd, is an indigenous Shipping, Clearing and Forwarding, Air and Ocean Freighting, Transporting and Warehousing Company; owned and managed by Nigerian Directors with more than Forty (40) years experience in the profession.

Regal Frank International Ltd was registered on 28th February 1983 as an omnibus Company that has mainly been doing Freight Forwarding (Clearing & Forwarding) Business since registration.

We are also Maritime Consultants; this entails:
I. Advising our Principals (we call our Clients Principals) before they open their Letter of Credit. This helps them to avoid the pitfalls of classifying the imports wrongly- the implication of wrong classifications can no be overemphasized. The time wasted, and financial losses that result from these are only a few.

II. Getting our Principals out of tight corners if they have fallen into wrong hands.

III. On rare occasion, connecting our Principals with clientele.




We have consulted for and handled consignments for various Government bodies and private Companies over the years viz: Nigerian Ports Authority, Guinness Nig. Plc; Kwara State Government Water Projects, Ocean Transport Services (a member of the Churchgate Group of Companies) Fareast Mercantile Company Ltd, Deekay & Sons Ltd, Nexus Forlife Ltd, Haansbro Nig. Ltd, A & P Foods Ltd, Shri Nig, Ltd, Sein Seoul Company Ltd Angel Spinning and Dyeing Ltd, Manuchar Trading House International Ltd, NCI Pharmaceutical Chemical Industries Ltd and Associated Food and Chemical Ltd. Etc and numerous private Individual Importers.

Profile of our chairman

I. Our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer has more than Forty (40) years Experience in the Maritime Industry; a specialist in Customs Tariff Classification, Interpretations and Explanations.
II. He was for more than 10 years the National Vice President of (ANCLA) Association of Nigerian Licenced Customs Agents, and is still a member of the Board of Trustees of that Organisation.
III. He was also the Chairman Professional Committee of the National Council of Managing Directors of Licenced Customs Agents. (NCMDLCA)
IV. He has served on various Government Committees relating to the Maritime Industry and he is thus still, most conversant with the decisions and proposals of Government.



Our CHARGES ARE:
1. AGENCY CHARGES (sea freight)
i. DOCUMENTATION:
a. Opening of Files (Per Bill of Lading) N5,000
b. Transfer of Documents (RAR etc) N5,000
ii) 20ft CONTAINERS (Per Container) N70,000
iii) 40ft CONTAINERS (Per Container) N140,000
iv) GROUPAGE (Per Bill of Lading) N50,000
v) EXCEPTIONAL CHARGES:
These are charges that arise from unusual expenses made as regard Queries; Underpayments; P.R and Consultancies.

Of course, these expenses can only be incurred after approval by your goodselves.

2. NAFDAC/SON CHARGES
Paid by you and handled by you except where you direct us to handle for you

3. SHIPPING COMPANY CHARGES
These charges are paid by you as Outlay from the Shipping Company

4. TERMINAL OPERATORS/NPA CHARGES:
These charges are paid by you as per Outlay from these companies

5. TRANSPORTATION
Transportation charges vary and are negotiable.
