Bring boiler to our house and my father will shoot you dead period. No apology

There's something call electric kettle that turns itself off when the water boils.

You know there a robber kettles which are made in China using almost the same concept right, The only difference is one is a kettle & this one Na bucket.

And the big boilers inside bathrooms are designed same way, if you use any of those then you can still use this, otherwise ALL OF THEM ARE UNSAFE

Bro a paint bucket is not made with Thermoplastics it's just plastic meaning it's at a higher risk of causing a fire.

See how people are asking questions about safety. People have been using Chinese boiling ring inside same plastic buckets for ages, nobody ask or bothered about the safety. Now that a Nigerian has decided to do it this way, fellow country people are behaving as if they have seen plastic electric kettle before.

The igwe must hear this!!!! grin

remember this market ó......... Fond memories.....

Too risky though..... It's a fire hazard...... Was it tested properly or just put to market? .

No risk involved, if you use it prudently. This has been in existence for the past few years.

This is a locally made electric bucket heater. While most Nigerians use empty paint bucket for water storage, this young entrepreneur thinks out of the box to make something exceptional. The new innovation made by Arewa youth is now being sold at Panteka Market in Kaduna State.

What do you think about the new invention?

.
The safety is not to be questioned, because it has being in existence for quite a long time, and no report of fire outbreak have ever been reported.
It only depends on you

Well, go and read up why the electric kettle with automatic switch was invested in the first place! It will show why you shouldn't support this nonsense
Didn't China reinvent what was produced in the US and they did it better? Those words of not reinventing is just to scare people from copying what others have done. China and Japan you see today reinvented many households and electrical appliance. It was first consumed by their people, modernized and made to meet up with international standard. When China and Japan got it right, they pushed their products into the market in the US. Same products that was made in the US was made by Chinese and were sold at lower price. This affected sales in US. The China and Japan we adore today started from somewhere while the Nigeria I see now hustle to push their products over here. If we don't support ours and claiming we know it all, we will continue to be a consuming country. If care is not taken we will begin to import Cassava flake from China since we don't want to learn
