Note: Blood group can be A, B, AB or O Rhesus can be either Rh 'D' positive or negative Hb genotype can be AA, AS, SS etc. However , Rhesus is very essential to avoid complications during pregnancy, Where Rhesus negative mothers are been properly taken care of to avoid such complications. And Hb genotype is to avoid getting sickle cell child. As u said, u r AS... YOU can only go for AA to avoid having SS child. Vdrl, HIV...
