One of the greatest challenge people face in today’s society especially the young ones is low self-esteem, always having the “I can’t spirit and mind set” they are unknowingly developing a strong bound of negativity without knowing. That’s why I wrote this article, to help break the bound of low self-esteem.

Self-esteem is the positive or negative evaluation of yourself. This means you either have the positive or negative view of yourself, it is sad that about 60% of the world population are still suffering from low self-esteem.
