West purchased the new Faena House pad, aka the “billionaire beach bunker,” in December, which we exclusively reported was a Christmas surprise for Kim.

By the looks of their beaming faces, it seems the couple couldn’t be happier.

Kardashian, wearing a skin-tight silver midi skirt and bright yellow crop top, and West, in a white tee and jeans, walked along their massive wraparound balcony that overlooks the ocean, waved at the paps below, and were even caught sharing a kiss.


The 4,700-square-foot apartment, unit 5A, has everything the power couple could want including four bedrooms, 5 ½-baths and luxurious amenities such as a private gym, spa, pool, concierge and underground parking.

And the West clan is going to need all the room they can get as they are now expecting a fourth child via surrogate.

The pair have frequented Miami in the past, with West often attending the city’s annual Art Basel Miami Beach events and Kardashian hitting up its restaurants and club scene.

The lavish tower is also home to other notables including Goldman Sachs chairman Lloyd Blankfein, hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin and Faena co-developer Len Blavatnik.
