In Nigeria when educational statistics are released, the north lags so far behind every one else.

The day the man used 20 SANs to defend his purported stolen certificate,after being elected,when he could easily have ordered the army to release it;then his son,relations and appointees corruption scandals,which he feigned ignorance of,was when I knew the man was not only a scam,but a first class fraud.
