Minimum Qualification:
HND

Requirements:

Must have had at least 5 years working experience in Hotel and Hospitality Industry
Must be at least an HND holder
Must have had a minimum of 3 years supervisory working experience in an hotel
Willing to work as a Residence Manager (willing to live within the hotel premises) or live within AMAC
Between the age of 37 years and above
Applications are excepted from all parts of Nigeria
Must know how to drive and have a valid Driver’s License
Must be available for interview immediately
Strong marketing skills
Cognate experience, sound knowledge of financial matters
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong leaders hip skills


Responsibilities:

Building and sustaining a strong brand
Institutionalize a culture of profitable, world-class hotel services
Oversee all daily affairs of the hotel and other branch of the hotel in Abuja
Build a strong team, create structures and processes that will aggressively expand sales and enhance the hotel’s competitive edge
Any other functions that may be assigned by the company
