An office manager is needed in a Real Estate Company located at Lekki for a result oriented , organised and confident individual to join its team.


Location: Lagos- Lekki

Responsibilities
Ensure smooth running of the office.
Good support for the MD
Enforce compliance of office policies with staff and clients.
Client management
Prepare documents as needed.
Offer great support for the sales team.
Establish, maintain and follow up on current client and potential client relationships.
Manage vendors
Ensure that all statutory bills are paid on time

Requirements

Minimum of OND in any background
Not more than 28 years old
Proximity to Lekki is an advantage
Minimum of 1 year experience


Competencies Required
Knowledge of office suites
Knowledge of Corel draw is an advantage
Oral and Written communication
Presentation skills
Above average numeracy skills
