Hi everyone

i have been using starcomms izap for bout 3months now and i have been satisfied till last week when i got a new laptop.This one came with windows 7 the izap installed and works but the speed is terrible! very i called customer care and i was told kaspersky antivirus slows it down i removed it and put avast still same thing, another agent asked me to delete prefetch files and rebooth i did that to but no changes. My last laptop was WINDOWS VISTA , Is it win7 that slows it down? or does anyone know why it slows down and what the remedy is.

first they tell you its antivirus and then prefetch file, next it'll be temporary files. Lol

How do I check the number of hours that I've got left on my izap ? I don't have a starcomms line to send sms to them.

That iBoost is a waste of space. . All it does is to reduce your image quality

possible problems
1. iboost installed
2. not cing evdo signal so using 1x
3. windows update is currently downloading in d background.

Thanks for d response, i have stopped using starcomms , now on mtn n d speed is very ok. though bandwidth limit is killin me buh i prefer expensive n fast to cheap n slow
