A 40-year old man, one Samuel Balogun, has been arrested after he was caught having sex with his neighbour’s 12-year old daughter inside an uncompleted building in Lagos in Alakuko area of Lagos where they reside.

It was gathered that Balogun lured the victim to the uncompleted building and engaged her in a sex romp. However, while they were in the act, one of their neighbor’s caught them and raised alarm which attracted others.

The suspect was handed over to the police at Alakuko Division where the victim claimed that she was lured into the act by the suspect. The matter was then transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for further interrogation on the matter.
