new reports have it that one Ismaila Azeez Ibrahim popularly known a Heritage has been confirmed lifeless after being stabbed during a violent clash between Nationwide Union of Road Transportation Workers (NURTW) members at the All Progressives Congress representatives (APC’s) governorship flag off Campaign on Tuesday, 8th January 2019. Also, an NURTW official popularly known as MC Oluomo was stabbed in the neck at the rally, where at least two people were killed and many others wounded. It was gathered that hoodlums suspected to be members of the Nationwide Union Road Transport (NURTW) invaded the Skypower Ground Ikeja venue with guns, daggers, and other dangerous weapons, engaging one another in a bloody factional fight. Inconvenience started at about 1: 30 pm when Lagos representative, Akinwunmi Ambode was conveying his discourse. All of a sudden, suspected NURTW match bunches started shooting at one another. Gov. Akinwunmi Ambode, who was delivering a discourse, needed to leave the stage quickly and was protected out of the set together with his agent, Mrs. Idiat Adebule, the APC governorship competitor, Mr. Babajide Sanwoolu, and other unmistakable individuals from the gathering.
