So says a 60 plus year old man. I laugh. This is the BS they resort to in order to win votes after which the real owners of the state then emerge. I hope people on ground in Kwara will resist this and vote for the best candidate with a clearly defined manifesto that can deliver with.

Kwara APC governorship candidate, Alhaji Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has declared that the youths are the owner of Kwara.

The leader of the O TO GE movement while responding to questions about youth inclusion in Abuja explained that, youths are the owner of Kwara and it is impossible not to give them a pride of place in their state.

According to him, Kwara youths have the capacity to make and unmake any government and he assured that the youths will be in charge of his government.

How I wish this "O toge" slogan can come to reality but I really doubt the strength and capabilty of the promoters to sail through. As adage says of you sow into the lives of people you will sure reap one way or the other.The Saraki Dynasty has alwaz given to majority of Kwarans what they believe in and for that the control a cult like followership. This is a state where most citizens both old and young believes when you are given foods...to a reasonable extent problem is solved. At an incident of problems in a family its straight to the Saraki family...Though they were bn given stipends but they have alwaz done that even before they came to power and started looting. Plz if I may ask which of those shouting O toge has ever seen it fot to part with their hard earned money to help the charity in Kwara state..so the noise is just much...When the normal election sovenier begins to roll out we shall see how far O toge can go.
