Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Job Description not limited to:
• Construction cost estimating
• Pricing tender
• Site measurement for variation & valuation
• Material requisition
• Performing risk, value management and cost control
• Material schedule
• Pre & post project work (Financial reporting & Accounting)
• Bill of Quantities
• Feasibility & viability study of project construction Job function as required KPIs (Key Performance Indices)

Skills Required
• Good working knowledge of Auto CAD & QS-CAD
• Effective IT Skill; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, project, Power Point )
• Crystal reporting system experience
• Safe work Habits
• Excellent communication skill
• Time management skill

Education
• B. Sc Quantity Surveying
• M. Sc Quantity Surveying Professional Qualification
• Nigerian Institute Of Quantity Surveyors

Experience: 5 years minimum in a similar post.
