At least for Lai Mohammed, we understand that he's an information minister.

All the information ministers we have had in Nigeria have all told lies.
Information ministers/spokespersons have to tell lies.
They must defend their principals even if they have to lie.
It's just that anything to do with PMB is always blown out of proportion because certain people have refused to heal since 2015.

But for FFK nobody really knows why he lies.

Lai Mohammed probably knows he lies but he does it to defend the government.
