Foe three days now, I cannot pass through Iwo Boad, Ibadan which is the normal route to my office.I have had to detour, adding more Kilometers to my journey. I was wondering ,cant we do without them? Or a way to curb their excesses, afterall people boad vehicles in Europe. |
