A suspected notorious terrorist / kidnapping kingpin has confessed that his gang was getting its’ arms and ammunition from Libya. The intricate terrorist network was uncovered by detectives attached to the Inspector-General Intelligence Response Team (IRT) led by Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP Abba Kyari.
