Keri Washington who took to Twitter to congratulate Genevieve Nnaji on her movie ‘Lionheart’, got a response from the veteran Nollywood actress who was thankful.

Keri Washington who described the ‘Lionheart’ movie as heartwarming and inspiring, added that she loved the movie. Here is a screenshot of their exchange between Genevieve Nnaji and the Hollywood actress below;

This came after it was reported that LionHeart, a movie directed by veteran actress, Genevieve Nnaji, was purchased by a movie site Netflix for N1,385,100,000 ($3.8 million). The purchase has allegedly made the veteran actress the first Nollywood billionaire.

The producer cum actress took to social media network, Instagram, to thank Nigerians and her fans for supporting her movie. She wrote;

“Thank you, everyone, for accepting @lionheartthemovie into your homes and your hearts. Worldwide. This is how we change the narrative. Together.
Let us continue to bridge the gap.”
