PREGNANCY AND ANTENATAL HEALTH TALKS

Pregnancy is a special time that can bring many questions. Having a baby is one of the most exciting things that can happen to you. But you might be feeling nervous especially if this is your first baby. It is hard to know what to expect even if this isn’t your first pregnancy because every pregnancy is different from the other.
Everyone will want to give you advice on what to eat or not eat, what to wear. And there is all the information on the internet as well as magazines and books. All these can be very confusing and it’s hard to know who is right when people say different things.
Because of limited time, Health talks in the hospital are not detailed. Also because of your busy schedule or because of some unavoidable circumstances, you always miss health talks during your antenatal visits.
