JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB FUNCTIONS
• Assist with Developing sales strategies
• Enhance sales & adopt measures to achieve team targets
• Market research & finalize action plan
• Develop sales Contacts with telecom companies.
• Prepare reports & deliver presentation to management on performance & action plan
• Manage relationships between firm and its international partners pertaining to all matters concerning off-net access, special access
agreements and dispute matters in a positive way
• Act as the point of contact for escalations on business issues related to international partners, and, support operational and billing escalations
• Proactively identify and manage risks, costs, payments and credit issues affecting the relationship between firm and its international partners

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum five to Seven (5-7) years experience working at a competitive telecommunications provider.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years working in a role managing the relationships between telecommunications providers

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
• First degree or HND in Social Sciences; Computer Science or Business related courses.
• Postgraduate/ professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.

• Multilingual command will be an added advantage
