Our Services for cleaning are categorized into the following;

A.i Once-off Intensive Cleaning (Old House/office) (3 bedroom flats -5 bedroom duplex) Sweeping

ii. Once-off Intensive Cleaning (NEW House/office) (3 bedroom flats -5 bedroom duplex or bungalow): N30,000 (Extra 5000 for scrapping and blowing, client responsible for cost of hiring scaffold, if there is need)

B. Periodic Cleaning (live-out) : 15,000 monthly + one time Agency fee , which is 50 percent of worker's salary.
Periodic Daily Cleaning Live-In: 20,000 monthly + one time Agency fee , which is 50 percent of worker's salary.

C. Hall cleaning, Hostel cleaning, Large estate cleaning etc ( Cost depends on inspection and negotiation)

D. Smaller Houses one-off INTENSIVE cleaning: N10,000
Ordinary cleaning: 7,000 (2bedrms)
Ordinary cleaning 1 bedroom flat: 5,000 (1bed)
