It's on Aliexpress, not Jumia. The name is JBM MJ 8500. But the present price is 1,800. Depending on your pocket, You can just go for JBM MJ 8600 for about 1500 Instead.

I checked jumia as well and I saw lots of JBM earpiece there. The price may not be as pocket friendly as the ones on Aliexpress though
