Below are some tips for a great app icon, not necessarily steps to follow but tips for you or your graphics designer to create a great app logo;

- Use a bold, unique shape(s) that carries the brand.
- Avoid using scaled down version of a photo, like what you just did.
- Don’t overload the icon with color and detail, simplicity is key.
- Don't include words into the logo
- Check out your competitors’ app icon designs

Rhat is the problem, which type? I don't know where to put head. Though from what i have read, java seems to be the most popular entry point..... So how do i start? There are so many websites, tutorials and videos... I don't know if you have a plan you followed so i can follow too
