The Buhari administration is not building institutions that will live after the life span of his administration to fight corruption. Most of the anti-corruption war is built around the personality of BUHARI AND MAGU. What happen after Buhari leaves power. |

Yankee101: Even the Cayman Island and the rest of Carribean countries that you mentioned survived on DIRTY FUNDS especially from African countries. These countries will never co-operate with Nigeria because that is their LIFELINE apart from legit funds they receive from TOURISM. CORRUPTION WILL BE MINIMISED IF NIGERIA IS RESTRUCTURED TO A TRUE FEDERAL STATE WHERE EACH STATE HAVE TO WORK FOR ITS OWN FUNDS TO RUN GOVERNMENT. There is so much leakages at the federal level because Nigeria concentrates the bulk of the money at the federal centre where the federal governor assume the position of LORDSHIP dishing out stipend or peanuts to states and local government and do not have strong institutions to manage money with the attendant risks of leakages here and there. 5 Likes |
