I just got 2 major nfs games (pc platform) - NFS most wanted and NFS underground2 . My problem has to do with the graphics of both games. i get very blocky letterings and slow speed even though my system is highly pimped and meets the minimum system requirements. The NFSmost wanted is even worse. it shows in black, white and red only. Anybody knows how to make these games run flawlessly? I 'em so much that it drives me crazy, yet i cant play 'em convinently.

even iof you finally force the game to run it will be slow and will look horrible.

get yourself a good nvidia or ati, at the very least something that supports directx 8.1

any ATI radeon higher than 9000 or any nvidia geforce higher than geforce3 should be ok (except geforce 4MX)

prices vary greatly. hit ikeja and look around. some geforce 9550s and 9200s doing the rounds there.

yes, the gaming section is boring- because the gaming scene is boring at the moment. Its the 'pre-summer calm' period

when halo3, dmc4, mgs4, gta4,killzone and all the other crazy games we have been promised over the past few years start appearing, the thing may get jazzed up again.
