Today being the 18th ofJanuary, 2019 the ever hardworking governor of Ebonyi State Engr David Nweze Umahi flagged of his campaign for his bid to be returned as the governor of Ebonyi State.

The campaign was flagged off in Ikwo Local Government which is were the Deputy governor Barr Kelechi Igwe hails from

In attendance were senator Obinna Ogba,PDP contestants, the commissioners SSAs, SAs, TAs and other government officials.

The masses came out en masse to support the governors second term bid, also present were various support groups,NGOs,CSOs and citizens who are really impressed with the good works of the governor.

Within his first tenure he has delivered and elevated Ebonyi State as one of the best and beautiful state in Nigeria, also his empowerment program helped alot of youths which today you can hardly hear of robbery in Ebonyi State.

This is one Governor that made sure he carried everyone along in his administration.

Engr David Nweze Umahi Flagged off his campaign by bringing out 1.4billion to the 140 communities In Ebonyi


He also stated that Inec and security agencies should be the ones signing peace accord, ebonyi is a state of PDP..... If you want peace we can offer that but if you want other wise...

He further made it clear that he is all round all those trying to rig the election wont succeed.if they dont have money to campaign then they should go and rest.

He brought out 1.4billion for all the 140 communities in the state and he told them to bring forth what project they want and consider it done

On that note he flagged of his 2019 governorship campaign.

It didnt all end there as he made the cheque available to all the communities as the projects would be commissioned before the 29th of May 2019.

Also About 5000 APC members in ikwo local government decamped to PDP, as they finally confessed his good work in the state. The governor welcomed the 5000plus APC members to PDP
