The list forwarded by the Police commission shows a state-arranged and detailed categorization of the total number of applicants for the recruitment exercise. The Commission confirmed that it accepted 315,032 applications from aspirants of the recruitment as Police Constables into the Force before the deadline of the recruitment application on Friday, January 11, 2019. Physical and Credential Screenings

These applicants must possess O’ level certificates or its alternative with a minimum of five credits including the English language and Mathematics in a maximum of two sittings. Only Nigerian Citizens are allowed to apply for the recruitment exercise, no aspirant that is below 18 years of age or above 25 years of age should apply. They are expected to be of impeccable character with no record of involvement in criminal activities.
