Man Kills His Ex-wife’s Lover by Citizenshelm: 1:35am On Jan 19, 2019


Benue state police command has arrested a 32-year-old man, Abunde Goja, for allegedly killing his ex-wife’s lover in Makurdi, Benue State.

According to reports, the suspect who is a father of three stormed his ex-wife’s home at night and forced his way into her room where he poured acid on her boyfriend before clubbing him to death with an axe wood.

Omololu Bishi, the Benue State Commissioner of Police, said the woman identified as Kadoon Chia, reported the matter to the police saying her ex-husband, Goja, conspired with one Luper Ishu and others now at large, to attack her boyfriend.

Goja has since confessed to the crime but revealed that it was done in self Defence.
