Gov. Ikpeazu Receives Major-General Abubakar Sadiq In Abia(Photos) Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has received Major-General Abubakar Sadiq Maikobi, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 82 Division Enugu, at Government House, Umuahia, Igbere TV has learnt.
