ken6488:If you know how to change your network proxy for your modem and wireless lan in internet options, do Chang to connect through proxy and change proxy to 127.0.0.1 and port 8080. Use only Firefox to browse and change Firefox connection proxy to automatic detection. That would save your data. |

Windows update is responsible. Set your network connection as metered. Look for how to do this online. It'll help. |

click on Windows key plus R and type services.msc.. then, scroll down and look for Windows update, double click on it. you will enable, click on it and click on disable, click on apply then OK. click on stop also so as to stop the service if it's started already |
