timetable prepared by him, US trip undergone by him, Zamfara rally postponed by him, Jigawa choosed by him. so I don't see how this is a problem coz in any election u must spend money and APC is not guaranteed of any state yet until d election day. mind u election are not won by crowd dat attends rally cos not everyone dat came out will vote

another thing in Delta Buhari and his boys paid some folks dat travelled to warri from Asaba 3k each so now u know y u should not bank on d crowd u see
